Pasture - 80 acres of native grass $50.00/month

Stalls - 10 x 16  stalls in a heated barn

1. Full Care  $400/month w daily turnout

2. Self Care $250/month

Overnights - for those of you traveling through.  8 Miles off of I-40  $10.00/night

**All horses must be current on all vaccinations and have a current negative coggins.

We offer a full range of training, from halter breaking young horses, to full saddle training.  We use a gentle easy method, that produces quiet calm confident horses.  

Prices vary depending on need.  Ranges $250-$500/month

We offer a full range of fitting for sale or show readiness.  Offering a full program to ensure your horse is in peak condition for the sale barn, or show ring. 

1. Weanlings/Yearlings   $600/Month

2. Mares/Geldings            $700/Month

3. Stallions                         $750/Month

Currently hold a membership in APHA, PtHA, AQHA, PHBA, ABRA  and will gladly show any horse for you at one of these events.   If you have a different breed please give me a call and we can discuss.

We offer a full breeding facility, we offer stallion promotion and can train stallions to collect artificially.  We can test and ship semen.  We offer a full range of services to mare owners for insemination, pregnancy, and camera foaling stalls.

2. Stallion "Training" to Collect Fee is $350.00

3. Stallion Promotion and Boarding (Feb - May)    $450/Month
